The Create Reagent List tool takes in a list of reagents and outputs a data table of the selected reagents, with the reagent ID and reagent name. This will be useful for updating the reaction map with reagents.

To access the tool, go to the "Tools" Menu located on the left panel and use the search option to look for the tool.

After launching the tool, click on the "Select Reagents" button to start the process:

This will open open the select reagents dialog box. From there choose the reagents for your experimental needs and click on the "Select Reagents" button.

Now, your reagents are selected. The last step is to choose a name for your table and click on Submit:

You have successfully created your Reagent Table! Notice that the confirmation window will give you a recommendation on how to continue with another tool.
