Landing Page

When you log in to TeselaGen's software, you will see the landing page:

This gives you easy access to your recent DNA Assembly Reports, Sequences, Designs, User Requests, Jobs, and Workflow Runs. Now, let's briefly see the available options you can interact with on the Landing Page:

Access to the Toolkits

TeselaGen's software offers several toolkits. To access them, click on the three bars from the upper bar's left side. Click on the name of one of the toolkits to display the available tools.

Labs and Projects

On the upper bar of the landing page, you can see the Lab and Project you are working on. This is an easy way to always know where your work will be stored.

Notice that you can switch between a lab/project by clicking on the name of them (as shown in the pictures above and below). If you want to switch and you are currently working on a file that is only available on the space you're currently at, it will not be available on another lab/project.

Barcodes

Here, you can use your registered barcodes (which you can check on User Settings) and open or move them. More details on barcodes are shown on this article.

Notifications

On the right side, you can see your notifications, where you can see updates such as the status of the run while the DNA assembler is working, comment updates/replies, etc. To open a notification, double-click on it.

Notice that you can mark all as read or go to your notification settings.

Global Search Tool

Next to the notifications icon, you can access the global search tool (or using the keyboard shortcut cmd/ctrl + shift + space). This tool searches across libraries, and you can open an item after the search by single-clicking on it or selecting to view all matching records in their respective libraries.

This tool also uses tags to filter the search. You can select tags by clicking on the “Tag” icon.

User Settings

On the last icon of the Top Menu, you will see your profile information, where you can access the User Settings. Go to this article to know detailed information about the available settings.
