This tool allows users to upload a plate CSV from different vendors to create and register them.

Input: CSV Files

Output: Registered Plates in Inventory

Prerequisite: Plate CSV files from a vendor (Twist, IDT, etc)

You can find the ‘Plate Registration (CSV)’ tool under Tools > Tool Library. Click ‘Launch Tool’ to start using the tool.

If you would like to upload multiple Plates at the same time click “Add Upload”.

Choose the Vendor for the plate format you want to upload, select a plate type, and upload your plate file. You can also add tags to the plates at this step.

If you would like to upload multiple Plates at the same time click “Add Upload”.

(There will be more or fewer options to fill depending on the Vendor you choose)

Once you have selected what you wanted, click Submit.
