You can set up a new piece of equipment or edit an existing one by going to Inventory > Equipment.

Click on 'New Location' to create a new Equipment record or double click on an existing one to edit via the 'Update' button.

A great alternative to entering equipment one at a time is to upload via a CSV file. You can also download the complete equipment record as shown below.
