Libraries are repositories of your data on TeselaGen's platform. Learn how to work with them.

LIBRARIES

A library is a repository of your essential biological information. Different libraries are available, depending on the type of information you are working with. You can check the data you uploaded or obtained using TeselaGen's software. To check your libraries, click on the groups available on the left panel and select the type of biological data you want to add, edit, or remove.


LIBRARY VIEW

This is the typical view of a library:

On the general display, you can find the following information:

  1. Metadata fields: Information about the item is displayed according to the columns shown in the header. Next to each name, you can sort and filter.

  2. Search tool

  3. Toolbar: Here, you can see the following options

    1. Export as CSV

    2. Expand view

    3. View settings

    4. Refresh

    5. The page you are currently at

  4. Number of items shown and the number of records selected

By right-clicking on an entry, a list of options will be displayed with different actions. The information shown will vary depending on the type of library you are visiting.
